Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 29, 2015, Union Pacific Railroad Company (“UPRR”), the principal railroad operating subsidiary of Union Pacific Corporation (the "Company"), posted a notice to customers on its website announcing that the December 31, 2015, implementation deadline for Positive Train Control (“PTC”) was extended until December 31, 2018. The deadline extension means UPRR will not have to issue any embargoes related to TIH (toxic-by-inhalation) commodities nor suspend passenger train operations.
