Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
 
 
On Tuesday, January 25, 2005, Covenant Transport, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2004, after the close of the market. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
