The
management of FindEx.com, Inc. (the “Registrant”) is unable to timely file the
annual report on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 because
the audit of the Registrant’s financial statements for the year-ended December
31, 2007 were not completed in time for management to fully prepare and finalize
the Form 10-KSB by the prescribed filing date. The Registrant undertakes the
responsibility to file such annual report no later than fifteen days after its
original date.
