of Operations and Financial Condition.
On
Tuesday, August 12, 2008, Fortress International Group, Inc. (the “Company”)
issued a press release reporting certain financial results of the Company and
other developments in the business for the second quarter of 2008.
A
copy of
the press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

conduct a conference call to discuss its financial results and other
developments in the business on Wednesday, August 13, 2008, at 8:30 a.m.,
