No repurchases or replacements were effected pursuant to a repurchase or replacement request or demand during the annual period from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014. While repurchases or replacements made by Bluegreen or any of its affiliates were not effected pursuant to a repurchase or replacement request or demand required to be disclosed in this report, Bluegreen notes that it or its affiliates voluntarily repurchased or replaced approximately $4.9 million of receivables during the annual period from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
