Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On October 19, 2005, Robert F. Dwors was appointed by the Board of Directors to serve on the Board of Directors of Bluegreen Corporation (the "Company") filing a vacancy created upon the expansion of the Board. Mr. Dwors was determined by the Board to be an independent director and he is expected to be appointed to serve on the Board of Director's Audit Committee.
