Alaska Air Group’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on May 18, 2010 at the Museum of Flight — 9404 East Marginal Way South, Seattle, WA, at 2 p.m. Pacific Time.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
