Leadership Transition Positions Us for the Future Mr. Udvar-Házy founded Air Lease in February 2010, serving as CEO & Chairman He is a pioneer in the aircraft leasing industry, and co-founded the business that became International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC) in 1973, serving as CEO & Chairman Steven Udvar-Házy Executive Chairman John L.
