On July 31, 2017, the registrant announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2017. The registrant also announced that Ms. Jasmine Zhou has submitted to the registrants board of directors (the Board) her resignation as the registrants Chief Financial Officer, for personal reasons. Ms. Zhou has agreed, at the Boards request, that she will remain in her current position for a suitable period, in order to allow the registrants management and the Board to identify a suitable replacement for Ms. Zhou. A copy of the press release issued by the registrant regarding the foregoing is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
