Item 5.02.
Departure of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 11, 2017, Exterran Corporation (the “Company”) received notice that Raymond L. Carney, the Company’s Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, will be resigning from the Company to assume a position as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of another publicly traded company. Mr. Carney’s resignation will be effective May 25, 2017. David A. Barta, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume the obligations of the Company’s principal accounting officer upon Mr. Carney’s departure.
