State below in reasonable detail the reasons why the Form 10-KSB, 20-F, 11-K,
10-QSB or N-SAR or the transition report or portion thereof could not be filed
within the prescribed period.

     Jurak Corporation World Wide, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (the "Company")
recently engaged the services of a new independent public accountant to audit
the Company and to review the Company's financial statements in connection with
the preparation and filing of reports under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934,
as amended. The Company has been engaged in preparing its financial statements
for the three-month period ended August 31, 2005. In order to ensure complete,
thorough and accurate disclosure of all material facts in the Company's
quarterly report on Form 10-QSB for the three-month period ended August 31,
2005, the Company is in need of additional time to compile the necessary
information and documentation for their independent public accountants in order
that they may adequately review the Company's financial statements. The Company
anticipates filing of its Quarterly Report by October 19, 2005.
