2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April
24, 2008, Century Aluminum Company (the “Company”) issued an earnings release
announcing its results of operations for the quarter ended March 31,
2008. A copy of the Company’s earnings release is attached as Exhibit
99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
