Item 7.01   Regulation FD Disclosure
On November 14, 2008, a jury in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts found in favor of Vicor Corporation in a lawsuit brought by Vicor against certain of its insurance carriers with respect to the previously disclosed March 29, 2007 settlement of product liability litigation. The jury awarded $17.3 million in damages to Vicor. The verdict is subject to challenge in the trial court and on appeal.
