Rocket Software Appoints Three Industry Veterans to its Executive Team

Alyse Daghelian to serve as Chief Revenue Officer, Michael Curry to lead Data Modernization Business Unit & Liz Fischer takes on Chief Legal Officer role

Rocket Software, Inc. (“Rocket Software”) a global technology leader that develops enterprise software for some of the world’s largest companies, today announced it has appointed Alyse Daghelian as Chief Revenue Officer, Michael Curry as President of the Data Modernization Business Unit, and Liz Fischer as Chief Legal Officer. Daghelian, Curry, and Fischer each bring more than two decades of experience to their roles and will report directly to Rocket Software CEO Milan Shetti as members of the Executive Leadership Team.

Global Sales and Tech Veteran to Drive Continued Growth

Prior to joining Rocket Software, Daghelian served as Global Vice President, Technology Workflows for ServiceNow, where she was responsible for global sales and go-to-market for the company’s expansive portfolio. Daghelian also served as Global Vice President, Sales and Service, at IBM, where she was responsible for global sales and services of IBM’s large-scale Data and AI business across 170 countries, all major industries, and all routes to market including field-facing, partner, and digital routes.

Seasoned IBM Leader to Advance Data Modernization

Curry most recently served as an Executive in Residence for Great Hill Partners, a Growth Private Equity firm, where he led a detailed market assessment of the Data and AI markets. Curry has also held leadership positions in multiple software companies, including 17 years at IBM leading strategy and execution in business lines across integration, AI, data governance and analytics, and SaaS business applications. He has served as a member of the IBM Technology Team, the IBM AI Ethics Board, and the IBM Distinguished Industry Leader Board.

Chief Legal Officer Brings Vast Experience in Tech Transactions, IP

Prior to joining Rocket Software, Fischer served as General Counsel for Perch, a technology-driven commerce company, where she was responsible for negotiating and driving strategic transactions and financings, including M&A and debt transactions. She also managed the company’s extensive IP portfolio and all litigation matters.

Fischer also served as General Counsel at BitSight Technologies, a cyber risk and security ratings company, where she created the company’s legal function. Prior to BitSight Technologies, Fischer held a legal leadership role at Constant Contact, a leading publicly traded email marketing SaaS solution that was taken private by Endurance International Group.
