Pacific Life Announces Senior Leadership Team for New Workforce Benefits Division

Pacific Life announced today its senior leadership team for the organization’s new Workforce Benefits Division.

The Workforce Benefits senior leadership team includes:

Jasmine Cadieux, assistant vice president of human resources. Ms. Cadieux brings more than 10 years of experience from Pacific Life providing strategic HR business partner expertise across the enterprise.

Michelle Dudleston, head of strategy and project management office. Ms. Dudleston brings 19 years of experience from Pacific Life’s life insurance division, holding roles in innovation, strategy and delivery, and most recently leading strategic transformation for distribution, customer experience, and operations.

Gary Godin, vice president of operations and customer experience. Mr. Godin has more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits, including health and retirement. He joins Pacific Life after spending significant time at Unum and New York Life Group Benefits Solutions, where he led product strategy, operations and claims delivery, and roadmap execution.

Tiffany Gregath, CFP®, vice president of marketing. Ms. Gregath brings 20 years of experience from Pacific Life building and leading high-functioning teams focused on branding and marketing of life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds.

Sarah Jarvis, vice president and associate general counsel. Ms. Jarvis brings 11 years of experience from Pacific Life advising on a broad array of legal and compliance related issues across the enterprise.

Rob Mulligan, vice president of product and underwriting. Mr. Mulligan was previously at Renaissance Life and Health Insurance Company of America where he was president and CEO leading the development and evolution of the company from a single line, individual dental product carrier, to a multi-line group and individual workplace benefits carrier.

John Myers, vice president of distribution. Mr. Myers was previously with Aflac where he was senior vice president, Premier Broker Innovation & Partnerships and was responsible for leading teams that drove strategies, relationships, and experiences among premier partners and clients. His 25 years of experience also include 17 years in management consulting, much of it focused on the healthcare and insurance industries.

Kieran Nolan, head of technology. Dr. Nolan brings more than 20 years of experience in engineering and information technology. He joined Pacific Life's Corporate IT team nearly 3 years ago after spending over 17 years in aerospace and defense.

Bram Spector, vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Spector was previously at Lincoln Financial Group, where he was CFO and chief actuary of the Group Protection business. In addition to his time at Lincoln, he has nearly two decades of experience with Deloitte Consulting LLP leading strategy, transformation, and innovation efforts across the group insurance sector.
