Children’s Book Guinea Pig Power Sweeps Awards

Author and illustrator Ben St. James is experiencing a wave of success with his latest children's book, "Guinea Pig Power," as it earns acclaim and multiple awards this season.

The book has captivated both audiences and critics, receiving prestigious honors such as the Gold designation from Literary Titan and a Golden Wizard Book Prize from the U.K. Additionally, "Guinea Pig Power" clinched Silver in the Bedtime Stories category and Bronze in the Technical and Artistic category for cover Illustration at The Book Fest in Los Angeles. The BookFest features celebrity guest speakers like Danny Trejo, adding to the book's recognition. Most recently, it received the esteemed Story Monsters approved award from Story Monsters Ink. Ben St. James' journey in the publishing industry began with contributing comic illustrations to his high school newspaper and writing video game reviews online. Over the years, he has collaborated with various independent creators, expanding his creative repertoire from mobile game design to ghostwriting and illustrating children's books.
