Burlington Coat Factory Announces First Quarter Conference Call and Intention to Make Available Supplemental Financial Information to Certain Noteholders

Burlington Coat Factory Investments Holdings, Inc. and its operating subsidiaries (the “Company”), a nationwide retailer based in Burlington, New Jersey, will hold a conference call for investors on Friday, June 21, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s first quarter fiscal 2013 operating results. The Company will disseminate a press release announcing its first quarter fiscal 2013 operating results prior to the conference call.

In accordance with the Indenture dated February 14, 2013, pursuant to which Burlington Holdings, LLC (“Holdings”), the indirect parent holding company of the Company, and Burlington Holdings Finance, Inc. (together with Holdings, the “Issuers”) issued $350 million aggregate principal amount of the Issuers’ 9.00%/9.75% Senior Notes due 2018 (the “Notes”), Holdings will make available to holders of Notes certain financial information explaining the differences between financial information filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the Company and the financial information of Holdings (the “Supplemental Information”). Holdings’ will first make available Supplemental Information with respect to Holdings’ fiscal 2013 first quarter in connection with the filing of the Company’s first quarter financial information.
