PRLog - Oct. 8, 2013 - BRIDGEWATER, Canada -- On Thursday 3rd October 2013, Nova Scotian agricultural pioneers, LaHave Forests, won the award for “Best New Juice Product” for their haskapa Haskap juice at the 2013 World Juice Awards in Cologne, Germany.

The judges were particularly impressed with the versatility of the Haskap drink, highlighting not just its characteristics as a rich and delicious juice, but also its potential as a non-alcoholic wine substitute and a cocktail ingredient.

“This award proves that Canadian agriculture can still create something innovative, exciting and unique,” says Liam Tayler.
