Roku plunges on Best Buy-Amazon partnership

Shares of streaming platform Roku Inc. (Nasdaq: ROKU) plunged $4.26 to close at $31.72 after Best Buy Co. Inc. (NYSE: BBY) announced an exclusive partnership to sell Amazon.com Inc. (Nasdaq: AMZN) Fire smart TV products. Best Buy stock soared $2.65 to close at $75.40 while shares of Amazon leaped $24.01 to close at $1,527.84.
