Lyft seeks slightly lower IPO valuation than previously expected

The Lyft IPO moved a step closer Monday, with the ride-hailing unicorn filing its IPO pricing range. It gives the company a pre-market valuation of $20.9 billion to $22.9 billion – a level that falls short of the upwards of $25 billion that many had expected it to seek.
