Former Hawaiian Electric CEO to lead Hawaii's economic recovery from COVID

Gov. David Ige, along with House Speaker Scott Saiki and Senate President Ron Kouchi, issued a proclamation for the appointment on Wednesday, which marked two weeks since the governor ordered all Hawaii residents to stay at home in an effort to combat the coronavirus.
