Trump denies he gave Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp the OK to reopen salons, tattoo parlors

Kemp unveiled his new coronavirus policy two days before Trump said he "totally disagrees" with the plan, which goes against federal reopening guidelines released by the White House last week.
