Three senators criticize AT&T for its HBO Max offering's ‘data caps’ on networks

The company appears to diverge from net neutrality principles by not counting the use of its own HBO Max product against customer data caps, a letter addressed to CEO Randall Stephenson from U.S. Sens. Edward Markey, Richard Blumenthal and Ron Wyden said.
