FOX News Channel to Debut Harris Faulkner Presents: The Fight for America on Sunday, July 19th

FOX News Channel (FNC) will debut a primetime one-hour special entitled Harris Faulkner Presents: The Fight for America on Sunday, July 19th at 10 PM/ET. Helmed by Outnumbered and Outnumbered Overtime anchor Harris Faulkner, the program will spotlight discussions surrounding the national conversation about race in America and the path forward for the country.

Throughout the hour, Faulkner will be joined by a series of virtual guests for an open discussion on the complex issues, including Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), former NFL star Herschel Walker, Fraternal Order of Police Vice President Joe Gamaldi and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban. Network stars such as FNC primetime host Sean Hannity and FNC contributors Dr. Alveda King and Gianno Caldwell, will also add their personal insights to the conversation. Topics to be discussed throughout the program include the nationwide protests following the murder of George Floyd, the Black Lives Matter movement, debates over defunding the police, removing historical statues, and more.

Additional contributions will be made by FNC correspondents Bryan Llenas and Kevin Corke, who will provide reports on the latest developments surrounding the civil unrest across the country.

Harris Faulkner Presents: The Fight for America will be Faulkner’s fourth in-depth town hall special this year. Faulkner recently presented America Copes Together and America Learns Together, which focused on mental health effects of the coronavirus pandemic and distance learning, respectively.

Additionally this year, Faulkner, alongside co-moderator Bill Hemmer, presented a town hall with President Donald Trump and members of the coronavirus task force during the height of the pandemic in March.

A six-time Emmy award-winning newscaster, Faulkner joined FNC in 2005 where she currently helms two back-to-back top rated weekday hours, Outnumbered (weekdays at 12 PM/ET) and Outnumbered Overtime (weekdays at 1 PM/ET). During the second quarter of 2020, Faulkner’s Outnumbered Overtime averaged 2 million viewers and 360,000 in the 25-54 demo, serving as the highest-rated program in all of cable in its timeslot with total viewers while also outperforming ABC News’ GMA3 for a record three consecutive quarters.
