Amazon finally wins approval from regulator to gobble up minority stake in Deliveroo

Amazon on Tuesday won approval from the U.K.'s competition watchdog to take a 16% stake in delivery firm Deliveroo, ending a 15-month investigation into whether the investment would hurt competition in the fast food and convenience grocery delivery markets.
