On March 15, 2016, Quest Diagnostics Incorporated issued a press release announcing that it has commenced offers to purchase for cash up to $200,000,000 combined aggregate principal amount of its 6.950% Senior Notes due 2037 and 5.750% Senior Notes due 2040 (the “Tender Offers”). A copy of the press release, dated March 15, 2016, announcing the commencement of the Tender Offers is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Current Report on Form 8-K.
