Other Events.

On November 15, 2006, DiaSys Corporation (the “Company”) filed its Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for its fiscal year ended June 30, 2006.  Accordingly, the Company has satisfied requirements for continued listing of its Common Stock on the OTC Bulleting Board under the symbol DYXC.OB.
