Incorporated (NASDAQ: GNTA) today announced that Mr. Peter T. Tattle has notified the
Company of his intention to resign as Director for personal reasons, effective June 30,
2005. In his role as a Director, Mr. Tattle also chairs the Nominating and Corporate
Governance Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee.
