Armanino Bolsters Presence and Delivery of In-demand Services in the Tech-heavy Region

Armanino LLP (“Armanino”), a top 20 accounting and consulting firm, announces the appointment of Sam Coursey to serve as Pacific Northwest Growth Leader and adds new partners Katrina Perlewitz, formerly of Ernst & Young and Jason Woon, a former KPMG Managing Director and M&A valuations specialist to the Bellevue, WA office. Coursey’s new role and the addition of Perlewitz and Woon further strengthen Armanino’s Pacific Northwest (PNW) foothold and ability to serve its growing list of clients in the region.

Armanino offers holistic solutions from tech consulting to tax (including international tax services and R&D capabilities) and M&A advisory services to the PNW market, with a robust team of 64 employees, including 5 partners. In his new role, Coursey will play a pivotal role in enhancing Armanino's market strategies, fostering team collaboration, and reinforcing the firm’s presence in the tech-focused region.

Perlewitz joins Armanino as a partner and will work from Armanino’s Bellevue office, with a focus on corporate and partnership tax matters. Perlewitz brings a deep background of business tax and audit expertise, having spent over 15 years at EY. Prior to EY, Perlewitz worked at KPMG. She holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida.

A Seattle-area native and University of Washington alum, Woon is a Partner on Armanino's Valuation & Financial Modeling Services team, bringing expertise from roles at KPMG, the SoftBank Vision Fund and other corporate venture capital and M&A finance teams. His diverse background equips him with a unique ability to address complex financial challenges across various industries.
