Dr. Robert Douglas explains Opic’s revolutionary 3D smartphone design

Opic's patented 3D smartphone has dual short range 3D & long range 3D, which will optimize Opic's patented 3D live streaming

Soon, a forward-thinking cell phone manufacturer will acquire an exclusive patent license to a new concept – Opic’s 3D smartphone. Opic's 3D smartphone is equipped with a stereoscopic camera system so one camera will acquire left-eye imagery and the other camera will acquire right-eye imagery.

A user of the 3D smartphone can 3D live stream to a recipient wearing a virtual reality headset so they will see the left-eye imagery and right-eye imagery. "Imagine being able to 3D live stream on VR with anyone over the internet” Dr. Douglas said. 3D livestream will spike demand for three new product lines with stereoscopic cameras: 3D smartphones; 3D tablets; and, 3D laptops. All of which are patented by Opic. And, as a consequence, the VR market will skyrocket.

So, what exactly is the optimum design of the 3D smartphone? Dr. Douglas explains "the best design of the 3D smart phone is to have, not one, but two sets of stereoscopic cameras".

Dr. Douglas goes on, "the first set is on the front of the phone at the top. This innovation enables the user to hold the middle or bottom of the phone, as they normally would, and the stereoscopic camera system will capture imagery of the user's face." Indeed, this is ideal for short range applications including face-to-face 3D live streaming.

Dr. Douglas explains that "the second set is on the back of the phone along the long side of the rectangular phone. This innovation enables acquisition of wide stereoscopic imagery for longer range 3D live streaming."

Both the first set on the front of the phone and the second set on the back of the phone could deliver Opic's patented 3D livestream to a wide range of virtual reality type headsets built by major manufacturers including Meta, Apple and Microsoft. As this occurs, the once elusive metaverse will soon become part of every day live. And, even the biggest skeptics will recognize that Mark Zuckerberg's metaverse vision was spot on.

Opic Technologies, Inc., a small company based in Orlando, has patented the key technological advances of 3D smartphone and 3D livestream technology to achieve improved social connection via fully immersive 3D livestream. Opic owns the revolutionary technology that will generate major excitement in the metaverse through 3D livestreaming between internet users.

With 3D live stream, Meta's vision to "connect with people when you aren't physically in the same place and get us even closer to that feeling of being together in person" will soon become a reality.

In a recent article on May 8th in Digital Journal, Opic announced its primary business strategy is an exclusive license of its entire patent portfolio including international patent rights to one company whether it be U.S. based or foreign. The details of this will be released in the summer of 2023.
